If you have ever had to put serious thought into where you and your friends wanted to go for a meal and a beer, in a seemingly endless sea of chain restaurants, tourist traps, and over-priced independent concepts, then you have been where we were. You probably ended up tossing your hands in the air and simply said, “it doesn’t matter”. Been there, done that.
Where it Began
Luckily, Myrtle Beach’s own hot wings and beer aficionados (known simply to our regulars as James and Bronson) were fed up with settling for expensive drinks, small wings, the same menu options at every place, and service that rivaled the excitement of a dentist visit.
Stepping up our commitment to the people of the Grand Strand during the COVID Pandemic that shook the whole world, we worked vigorously to provide a safe and reliable system to ensure our customers received nutrition.
We opened the Myrtle Beach location on Oleander Drive. This location is designed to serve the many professional workers in the area by giving the pros a much-needed new dining option.
From that frustration, and the realization that grabbing a beer and a sandwich could be both easy and affordable, Doesn’t Matter Bar and Grill was born. We have put our spin on the comfort foods you crave, and upped the ante with a huge variety of high-quality options that you wouldn’t expect from the bar and grill down the street.

Try our soon-to-be-famous corned beef brisket that is slow-cooked overnight in our secret blend of herbs, and a pint of Guinness Stout. It’s safe to say, we take this very seriously! From scratch, freshly made food is our passion.
We don’t start our day pulling processed items out of the freezer, adding water to any packages, or counting gallon containers. Instead, we start with our hand-written recipes, measuring cups, and the skill to turn quality ingredients into melt-in-your-mouth meals.
Our made-from-scratch French onion soup that becomes the onion gravy for our hand-built stuffed meatloaf, thanks to a house-made blonde roux, and even our own ranch and bleu cheese dressing recipes…it’s all crafted right here in our kitchen.
